Gà xiên que nướng sữa chua là một món xiên nướng vô cùng thơm ngon và hấp dẫn người ăn. Từng viên thịt gà thấm đẫm sữa chua cùng các loại gia vị khác, nướng cạnh những lát chanh xiên đi kèm càng kích thích khẩu vị người dùng.
Chanh thái lát mỏng. Ướp gà với muối, sữa chua, tỏi băm, lá kinh giới băm (oregano), tiêu, nước cốt chanh và dầu olive khoảng 30 phút đến 1 giờ cho thấm. Trong quá trình ướp bạn nên đảo vài lần để thịt gà thấm đều.
Dưa leo ép lấy nước cốt. Trong khi chờ gà thấm bạn làm sốt: Cho sữa chua, tỏi, muối, tiêu, nước cốt dưa leo, nước cốt chanh. Sau đó xiên gà vào que tre và lát chanh cắt lá lát mỏng.
Nên ngâm nước xiên que trước để trong quá trình nướng, que không bị cháy khét. Khi nướg, thỉnh thoảng quết dầu olive để gà không bị khô.
