I never really pirated a PC game though... but I agree that in the recent years I usually always wait for a Steam deal... and only ever bought games at the full price if the ratings are through the roof (>95%). Also for me the hours played were never really more important than the quality of the content... who even is like that? Only things I admit that I do every now and then is use emulators for all the old console stuff... but that is mostly because you can't get the cartridges anymore or the pricing is ridiculous... and I never owned all of the games. Still have my NES/SNES/SEGA and play regularly.

And normal is? (Start at owning) ps3 pays 50 for each releast game and play it. Then buys ps4 and need to pay 50 for using internet. And 60 ~70 for each game. Then ps4 pro comes buys ps4 pro? Changes In less that 3 years I fully understand pirating games. Look at fallout 76. Or at no man sky. Or like thousands of indie releases that never made it out of alpha. but did cost you up to 50€. And there was no demo to try out.

The worst part (in my opinion) is the pirating thing, people often pirate saying that they test it and buy it afterwards, but most people don't buy it afterwards... and then they ask themselves why do game developers add micro transactions.

whats wrong with being careful with your money? will you buy a 60$ or whatever high priced game that has much character skins than content, and value pay to win game? I rather view reviews before I buy a game because many game publishers are just releasing cash grab games more than releasing a fun game that is worth your money.
