Đậu hũ xào cay ngon với cách làm cực kì đơn giản, dễ dàng. Bạn chỉ cần làm đậu hũ nghiền nhỏ rồi xào cùng với ớt cay cay, gia vị đậm đà và rau quế thơm lừng ăn kèm xà lách giòn giòn, ngọt mát rất ngon đấy. Món này ăn cùng cơm là ngon số 1 luôn nha, thử làm ngay nhé.
Đậu hũ trắng rửa sạch, để ráo nước. Dùng tay bóp nhỏ đậu hũ cho ra tô. Rau húng quế rữa sạch, cắt nhỏ. Ớt tỏi cho vào cối giã nhỏ. Làm nóng chảo với dầu dừa, cho tỏi ớt vào phi thơm.
Sau đó thả đậu hũ vào đảo đều, nêm gia vị gồm 1 muỗng canh nước mắm, 2 muỗng canh dầu hào, 2 muỗng cà phê nước tương, rồi đảo thật đều cho đậu hũ thấm gia vị. Xào đậu hũ trên lửa lớn từ 3 - 4 phút là được. Cuối cùng cho húng quế vào trộn lên rồi rắc thêm chút tiêu nữa là xog rồi đó.
Xếp lá xà lách ra dĩa, múc đậu hũ xào lên trên và thưởng thức thôi nè. Đậu hũ xào cay đậm đà gia vị kèm theo chút vị cay ấm của cả tiêu và ớt tạo thành mó ăn ngon cùng cơm rất hấp dẫn. Bạn hãy thử làm và ăn nhé.
