Delicious, Excellent

A delicious surprise in having cauliflower tortillas, ready to heat up and with very good flavor. I recommend them 100%. They must sell them at a superstore like Woodman's, Target, Walmart.

They are so good!

Loved these so much. I preferred thawing them out and then cooking as opposed to cooking them from frozen. I definitely will reorder on a regular basis.

Very much like a corn tortilla

I thought these were great! I used them the same day I got them to make some open-face tacos (I didn't fold them like you would with a flour tortilla.) I probably could have folded them, but I wanted to pile on the Mexican toppings. I'm going to use them to make some small pizzas next and maybe some wraps. (Might need to warm a bit longer with a bit wetter paper towel to make sure they'll bend without breaking ...) But I honestly loved them as I've missed corn and flour tortillas.

Overall Great Healthy Alternative

These are a great healthy alternative to flour and wheat tortillas. They had a good flavor and seemed to pair well with most things I tried (chicken/pork/veggies). It is a great way to get extra veggies and less of the white flour that plagues the shelves. They are a bit pricey like most healthy foods that are purchased online. I also like that they arrive frozen, so I can keep the extras in the freezer for future use. Best cauliflower tortilla I've found thus far.
