Mình thích sắc màu, đặc biệt là trong các món ăn bởi màu sắc làm món ăn càng thêm hấp dẫn! Đôi khi mình ngắm mãi một chiếc bánh chỉ vì nó quá đẹp, đầy sắc màu nhưng rất hài hoà...và làm mình không nỡ ăn!
Đun nồi nước sôi với ít muối, cho mì vào luộc khoảng 3-4 phút rồi vớt ra sả qua nước lạnh cho sợi mì được săn và dai, để ráo.
Thịt gà rửa sạch, cắt miếng nhỏ vừa ăn. Ướp gà với 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu và 1 muỗng cà phê bột tỏi. Để gà thấm gia vị khoảng 10 phút.
Đun dầu ô liu vừa nóng trên chảo thì cho gà vào chiên sơ vàng hai mặt. Sau đó cho các loại gồm cà chua bi, nấm mỡ và bông cải đã cắt nhỏ vào xào sơ qua cho mềm.
Cho tiếp mì đã luộc vào đảo đều khoảng 1-2 phút. Thêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/4 muỗng cà phê ớt bột và 10g phô mai parmesan bào nhỏ vào. Tiếp tục đảo cho gà và pasta thấm gia vị khoảng 1-2 phút. Cho ngò tây vào rồi tắt bếp.
Cho món pasta ra đĩa và thưởng thức. Nếu thấy nhạt thì chan thêm ít nước tương dùng kèm nhé!
